What is an SEO power hour?

An SEO power hour is a focused, one-to-one session with me – Melissa Critchley – where we spend 60 minutes looking at your website, your search visibility, and what’s getting in the way of the enquiries you should be getting.

It’s for small business owners who know something isn’t right with their website but aren’t sure what to fix first. You’ll leave the call with a written action plan and a clear list of priorities – not a vague to-do list, a specific set of next steps based on your actual site.

I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I’ve helped 250+ small businesses across the UK, and I hold 47 five-star Google reviews. I don’t do jargon, and I don’t do fluff. But I am not as fierce as this sentence makes me sound!

You get a written summary – after the call I send you a short written record of what we covered and what to do next, so you can refer back to it.

What is an SEO power hour?

How much does an SEO power hour cost?

My SEO power hour is £175. That includes the session itself plus a short written summary of what we covered and your next steps.

What happens after the session?

You’ll receive a written record of what we discussed and a list of prioritised actions. If you decide you’d like ongoing help after the session, I’m happy to talk through options – but there’s no pressure.

Is this suitable if I’m not technical?

Yes. I explain everything in plain English. You don’t need any prior SEO knowledge – just a website and a list of questions.

Do I need to prepare anything?

You’ll get a short form when you book. Fill that in and you’re ready. If you have access to Google Search Console, it’s worth having that open during the call – but if you don’t, that’s fine.

What if I need more than SEO help?

I also offer a website power hour and a digital marketing power hour covering the same format but focused on your site’s design and performance, or your broader marketing strategy. You can book any of these through the same link.
