A maximum of seven pages, built and live in one working week. SEO-ready, which means the foundations are right and nothing on the site is quietly working against you. Best if you need something professional quickly and your business is fairly simple to explain.
Website in a Week plus full SEO, £4,400 + £65 a month for website management and hosting
The same one-week build, plus proper keyword research, on-page SEO across every page, and the AI search visibility work. Best if being found is the actual point of the website rather than a nice extra. With the SEO work this then becomes a two week project.
Bespoke WordPress website, from £4,800 + £65 a month for website management and hosting
More than seven pages, designed around how your business actually works rather than around a template. Six to ten weeks. Best for established businesses where the website is doing real commercial work and needs to be right.

That is the whole point of how I work.
Most designers hand you a beautiful site and leave getting found to somebody else, which means you pay twice and wait longer.
The SEO part (Search Engine Optimisation), in plain English
Two things have to be true before a website brings you any work.
Someone has to find it. That is the SEO: making sure that when a person types what you do into Google, or asks an AI assistant to recommend somebody, your business is one of the answers that comes back.
And once they land on it, they have to want to call you. That is the design, the words, and the proof that you are good at wha you do.
Most web designers do the second and not the first.
Most SEO people do the first on a site that was never built for it, and spend half the budget working around decisions somebody else made.
Doing both at once is cheaper than doing them in sequence, and the result is better.
The AI part is newer and it matters more every month. People are asking ChatGPT etc and Google to recommend a builder, an accountant, a shop. Those answers get assembled from what exists about you online. If your website is thin or unclear, you are simply not in the answer.
Who this is not for
I would rather say this here than waste your time on a Discovery call.
- If your budget is under £2,400, I am not your person, and that is a perfectly reasonable budget. There are website builders that will do a decent job at that level.
- If you want something beautiful and have no interest in being found, you would get better value from a designer who is not charging you for SEO.
- If you need to be top of Google next month, I cannot promise that, and nor can anybody else who is being honest with you. SEO moves over months.
- If you want to hand it over and never think about it again, we should talk about monthly support first. A website left completely alone for three years is the single most common reason a website goes quiet.
What it costs, and what moves the price
The prices above are starting points. What moves them:
- How many pages you actually need
- Whether you are selling online – I also build online shops in Woocommerce or Shopify
- Whether your words and photographs are ready, or you need me to write and source them
- Whether you are replacing a site that already has rankings worth protecting
There are no hidden costs. Anything outside what we agreed gets discussed and priced before it happens, not added to an invoice afterwards.

Questions people actually ask
Do I have to be in Ludlow to work with you?
No, and most of my clients are not. Being nearby just means you get the option of meeting in person.
Can we actually meet?
Yes. I am on Brand Lane in Ludlow, and I if you are in Ludlow too or happy to come here into town we can meet in a cafe.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Possibly not. Sometimes an SEO Power Hour at £175 tells you exactly what is wrong for a fraction of the cost of a rebuild, and occasionally the answer is that your site is fine and something else is the problem. I would rather tell you that than sell you a website you did not need.
Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?
Not if it is done properly. Carrying existing rankings through a rebuild is a specific piece of work rather than something that happens by luck, and it is included.
Do you guarantee I will be number one on Google?
No, and I would be careful of anyone who does. Google does not publish how its ranking works, so nobody can honestly promise a position or a date. What I can tell you is what is holding your site back and what usually helps.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. You get a site you can edit, and I show you how before I hand it over.
