Website Management Services
Just like any software that you have on your computer or phone, WordPress needs to be updated on a regular basis.
Updated versions are released frequently. Updating your WordPress site may seem cumbersome, but it’s very important. The long-term stability and performance of your website depend on regular maintenance. But let’s be honest, that’s probably not at the top of your to-do list.
As a small business owner, you’re busy running your business, looking after clients, posting on socials, and juggling everything else that comes with being your own boss. Keeping up with the ever-changing world of website security, software updates, and performance optimisation? Not exactly where you want to spend your time.
But if you’re the one managing your website, that’s exactly what you’re taking on.
Without regular care, your website can quickly run into issues like:
⚠️ Outdated plugins that slow things down (or worse, stop working altogether)
🔒 Security vulnerabilities that put your site—and your customer data—at risk
⏳ Slow load times that frustrate visitors and drive potential clients away
That’s where I come in: Let Me Handle It For You
With my website support services, you get to hand off the stress and focus on what you do best, growing your business.
I’ll make sure your website runs smoothly, securely, and looks as professional as the brand you’ve worked so hard to build.
Leaving you with more time for…
✔️ Looking after your clients and growing your business
✔️ Launching new projects and offers
✔️ Building stronger connections with your audience
Because your website should be working for you—not adding to your workload.

HOPEFULLY, I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUESTIONS BELOW:
Can I use my own hosting? No. I only build websites that I also host simply because 99.9% of the companies I build for do not have their own IT team, or experience in website hosting, and I would not able to troubleshoot any website issues you have with external hosting.
What Happens if My Website Gets Hacked?: Having a website that is updated and backed up can lessen the odds of a hack, but nothing is foolproof when it comes to hacking these days. Hosting can go down for many reasons and no hosting company will guarantee 100% uptime.
If you should find your website has been hacked remember that I’m a one-person business, not a 24/7 team of designers. I’ll respond as quickly as possible, but this may not be instant. The first step is to roll your website back to a previous version. In some cases, I may put up a maintenance message while Iwork is started on restoring your files. Every situation is different, and not all fixes are immediate. The good news? I handle the restoration for you, so you don’t have to!
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE MY XYZ PLAN AND YOUR WEBSITE IS HACKED THEN IF YOU REQUIRE MY ASSITANCE TO GET IT BACK ONLINE I WILL CHARGE MY USUAL RATE OF £125 PER HOUR.
Prefer to Manage Things Yourself? No Problem. You’re not required to sign up for a management plan (but you do have to sign up for a hosting plan) – but if you decide to go it alone, I’ll provide you with a Website Owner’s Manual so you know exactly what you need to keep in check. And just a heads-up: Any premium plugins (including Divi/Kadence or Elementor) or themes I’ve set up for you will need to be purchased separately if you choose not to continue with the plan.
What happens if I want to cancel my plan? The management plan runs on a month-to-month basis, so if you ever need to cancel, just give me 30 days’ notice—no awkward conversations, no strings attached.
