Mastercraft Shutters is a West Sussex-based business designing and installing bespoke window shutters in stylish homes across Sussex and Surrey. With a reputation for quality, friendly service, and glowing reviews, they needed a website that could keep up — and convert clicks into paying customers.
They were recommended to me by their Meta Ads Manager, who recognised their existing website was holding back their results and ROI.
Our Approach
We started with a full audit of the existing site to identify SEO weaknesses and UX issues. Without access to analytics, I relied on competitor research, user intent analysis, and strategic sessions with the client to build a plan.
They were happy with their existing copy — but it wasn’t optimised. I rewrote every page with SEO in mind, clarifying structure, strengthening keywords, and aligning content with what their ideal customer was searching for.
Once the content was locked in, I moved into design and development. I built a clean, conversion-focused WordPress site using Elementor, giving them full control over updates and future edits. We also integrated essential tools (GA4, Search Console) and layered in Local SEO pages tailored to their service areas.
Finally, I worked alongside their ad team to bring Google Ads into the mix, complementing their Meta campaign strategy and broadening their visibility.
